Pastors’ Corner Join us this week for the Prayer Life Bible Study on Wednesday at noon, and during the Wonderful Wednesday Worship service at 7:00 p.m.
Pastor McQueen has asked the congregation to fast every Wednesday until Lent, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Church Council The first Family Gathering Meeting of 2012 will be held on tomorrow from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Prayer will begin at 6:30 p.m. All are invited to attend.
Music, Worship and Arts Ministry If you love to worship, and are gifted to minister in song with excellence, the Praise Team is seeking you. Auditions will be held on an individual basis. Those interested should send your name, email address, and voice part to music@stjamesumc.org. A member of the MW&A staff will contact you.

Pastor McGee will hold a brief informational meeting for all parents and youth who are currently members of or are interested in joining the youth choir and/or youth praise team today immediately following the 11:00 a.m. service in the Sanctuary.
Outreach Ministry The Outreach Ministry will show a presentation of the St. James 2011 Mission trips to Mississippi, Jamaica, Haiti, and Kenya on Saturday, February 18, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sign-ups will also begin for 2012 mission projects. Relationships Conference St. James will host a Relationships Conference, “Two Halves Don’t Make a Whole” on Saturday, February 11 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Youth Center Fellowship Hall. This event is free and lunch will be provided.
United Methodist Men The United Methodist Men will hold their monthly Fellowship and Bible Study Breakfast on Saturday, February 11, at 9:00 a.m. at The Diner @ Northpoint in Alpharetta. For more information, contact David Harris at umm@stjamesumc.org.
